Add a few examples of SD cards backed with network storage to capture
the current state as the formatter code is about to be refactored.

Upcoming patches will modify how we populate the capability cache in
tests to be more sane. This also means that the emulator binary and
architecture used in the test files using real capabilities must match
what the real capabilities have.

The 'vexpress-a9' ARM board supports the native 'sd' bus as well as
virtio. Add a test case for proving that upcoming changes to handling of
'sd' work. This config was also tested with real qemu and the qemu
process starts correctly.
