In a few cases (CH driver) we want
virCapabilitiesDomainSupported() just to check whether given
virtType is supported and report a different error message (that
suggests how to solve the problem). Introduce reportError
argument which makes the function report an error iff set.

'virXPathNodeSet' returns -1 only when 'ctxt' or 'xpath' are NULL or
when the 'xpath' string is invalid. Both are programming errors. It
doesn't make sense for the code to overwrite the error message for
anything supposedly more relevant.
The majority of calls to 'virXPathNodeSet' already didn't do this, so
this patch fixes the rest to prevent it from spreading again.

It's somewhat confusing that some of the services have a
corresponding foo.service.extra.in and foo.socket.extra.in, some
have just one of the two, and some have neither.
In order to make things more approachable, make sure that both
files exists for each service.
In most cases the extra units are currently unused, so they will
just contain a comment briefly explaining their purpose and
pointing users to meson.build, where they can find more
information. The same comment is also added to the top of
extra units that already have some contents in them for
consistency.

This introduces the ability to set the discard granularity option
for a disk. It defines the smallest amount of data that can be
discarded in a single operation (useful for managing and
optimizing storage).
However, most hypervisors automatically set the proper discard
granularity and users usually do not need to change the default
setting.

Qemu 8.1.0 will add discard_no_unref option for qcow2 images.
When this option is enabled (default=false), then it will no longer
unreference clusters when guest does a discard, but it will just free
the blocks (useful for incremental backups for example) and pass the
discard to the lower layer.
This was implemented to avoid fragmentation within the qcow2 image.

The generic helper also has helper code to validate the root element and
create an XPath context. Many places in the code duplicate code for
doing these operations.
Extend the helper to provide all arguments and fix all callers.
In many cases this patch refactors the passing of the 'validate'
field into a separate variable to avoid quirky looking arguments.

Upcoming patch which is fixing the opening of drivers in monolithic mode
needs to know whether we are inside 'libvirtd' but the code where the
decision needs to happen is not re-compiled per daemon. Thus we need to
pass this information to the stateful driver init function so that it
can be remebered.

This patch adds the generalized job object into the domain object
so that it can be used by all drivers without the need to extract
it from the private data.
Because of this, the job object needs to be created and set
during the creation of the domain object. This patch also extends
xmlopt with possible job config containing virDomainJobObj
callbacks, its private data callbacks and one variable
(maxQueuedJobs).
This patch includes:
* addition of virDomainJobObj into virDomainObj (used in the
following patches)
* extending xmlopt with job config structure
* new function for freeing the virDomainJobObj

All callers except the one in the 'esx' driver pass the flag. The 'esx'
driver has a check that 'def->ndisks' is zero after parsing the
definition. This means that we can simply always parse the disks.

The 'virDrvFeature' has a combination of features which are asserted by
the specific driver and features which are actually global.
In many cases the implementation was cargo-culted into newer drivers
without re-assesing whether it makes sense.
This patch introduces a global function which will specifically handle
these global flags and defer the rest to the driver.

sysconfig files are owned by the admin of the host. They have the
liberty to put anything they want into these files. This makes it
difficult to provide different built-in defaults.
Remove the sysconfig file and place the current desired default into
the service file.
Local customizations can now go either into /etc/sysconfig/name
or /etc/systemd/system/name.service.d/my-knobs.conf
Attempt to handle upgrades in libvirt.spec.
Dirty files which are marked as %config will be renamed to file.rpmsave.
To restore them automatically, move stale .rpmsave files away, and
catch any new rpmsave files in %posttrans.
