e097e1a755 qemuxml2argvtest: Add DO_TEST_CAPS_LATEST versions of tests which assert QEMU_CAPS_VIRTIO_PCI_DISABLE_LEGACY 
Further patches will try to remove QEMU_CAPS_VIRTIO_PCI_DISABLE_LEGACY,
so add few more modern tests before doing that.
