If virRandomBytes() fails there is no point calling
virRandomBits() because it uses virRandomBytes() internally
again.

In libvirt when a function wants to return an error code it
should be a negative value. Returning a positive value (or zero)
means success. But virRandomBytes() does not follow this rule.

FreeBSD lacks ENODATA, and viruuid.c redefines it to EIO, but it's not
actually using it. On the other hand, we have virrandom.c that's using
ENODATA. So make this re-definition common by moving it to internal.h,
so all the current and possible future users don't need to care about
that.
Using the existing virUUIDGenerateRandomBytes, move API to virrandom.c
rename it to virRandomBytes and add it to libvirt_private.syms.
This will be used as a fallback for generating a domain master key.
Any source file which calls the logging APIs now needs
to have a VIR_LOG_INIT("source.name") declaration at
the start of the file. This provides a static variable
of the virLogSource type.

Convert the type of loop iterators named 'i', 'j', k',
'ii', 'jj', 'kk', to be 'size_t' instead of 'int' or
'unsigned int', also santizing 'ii', 'jj', 'kk' to use
the normal 'i', 'j', 'k' naming

I noticed several unusual spacings in for loops, and decided to
fix them up. See the next commit for the syntax check that found
all of these.

* src/conf/interface_conf.c: Likewise.
* src/security/virt-aa-helper.c: Likewise.
* src/util/virconf.c: Likewise.

Even though http://libvirt.org/formatdomain.html#elementsMetadata
states that it requires RFC4122 compliance UUIDs that are generated
by virUUIDGenerate() are not. Following patch modifies generated
UUIDs to conform to rules described in RFC.
