Upstream will be dropping the sheepdog storage backend, so we need to
stop building the package and obsolete it.

It's useful to have virt-admin around when debugging issues
with libvirtd, and since it's a tiny binary we can simply
include it in the -daemon package to ensure it's always going
to be available when needed.

The libvirt RPM packaging is quite fine grained but it is not obvious to
users which package is best to install. Add a kbase doc that describes
the different RPMs, and illustrates some example deployment use cases.
