bf182078d9 Assign addresses to USB devices
Automatically assign addresses to USB devices.

Just like reserving, this is only done for newly defined domains.

3a7cd180a5 cpu_x86: Use array of features in CPU map
There's no reason for keeping the features in a linked list. Especially
when we know upfront the total number of features we are loading.

950a90d489 qemuxml2argvtest: Adapt to ethernet automatic tap creation
After 9c17d665fd the tap device for ethernet network type is
automatically precreated before spawning qemu. Problem is, the
qemuxml2argvtest wasn't updated and thus is failing. Because of
all the APIs that new code is calling, I had to mock a lot. Also,
since the tap FDs are labeled separately from the rest of the
devices/files I had to enable NOP security driver for the test
too.

a89f05ba8d qemu: Shorten per-domain directory names
Per-domain directories were introduced in order to be able to
completely separate security labels for each domain (commit
f1f68ca334).  However when the domain
name is long (let's say a ridiculous 110 characters), we cannot
connect to the monitor socket because on length of UNIX socket address
is limited. In order to get around this, let's shorten it in similar
fashion and in order to avoid conflicts, throw in an ID there as well.
Also save that into the status XML and load the old status XMLs
properly (to clean up after older domains). That way we can change it
in the future.

The shortening can be seen in qemuxml2argv tests, for example in the
hugepages-pages2 case.

d7db33bfe9 qemu: Specify format= iff disk source is not empty
Just recently, qemu forbade specifying format for sourceless
disks (qemu commit 39c4ae941ed992a3bb5). It kind of makes sense.
If there's no file to open, why specify its format. Anyway, I
have a domain like this:

    <disk type='file' device='cdrom'>
      <driver name='qemu' type='raw'/>
      <target dev='hda' bus='ide'/>
      <readonly/>
      <address type='drive' controller='0' bus='0' target='0' unit='0'/>
    </disk>

and obviously I am unable to start it. Therefore, a fix on our
side is needed too.

f81e0d480e qemu: assume -drive format is always available

8afd34f2d8 tests: redo test argv file line wrapping
Back in

  commit bd6c46fa0c
  Author: Juerg Haefliger <juerg.haefliger@hp.com>
  Date:   Mon Jan 31 06:42:57 2011 -0500

    tests: handle backspace-newline pairs in test input files

all the test argv files were line wrapped so that the args
were less than 80 characters.

The way the line wrapping was done turns out to be quite
undesirable, because it often leaves multiple parameters
on the same line. If we later need to add or remove
individual parameters, then it leaves us having to redo
line wrapping.

This commit changes the line wrapping so that every
single "-param value" is one its own new line. If the
"value" is still too long, then we break on ',' or ':'
or ' ' as needed.

This means that when we come to add / remove parameters
from the test files line, the patch diffs will only
ever show a single line added/removed which will greatly
simplify review work.

445a09bdc9 qemu: Don't compare CPU against host for TCG
Right now when building the qemu command line, we try to do various
unconditional validations of the guest CPU against the host CPU. However
this checks are overly applied. The only time we should use the checks
are:

- The user requests host-model/host-passthrough, or

- When KVM is requsted. CPU features requested in TCG mode are always
  emulated by qemu and are independent of the host CPU, so no host CPU
  checks should be performed.

Right now if trying to specify a CPU for arm on an x86 host, it attempts
to do non-sensical validation and falls over.

Switch all the test cases that were intending to test CPU validation to
use KVM, so they continue to test the intended code.

Amend some aarch64 XML tests with a CPU model, to ensure things work
correctly.

684c90bfbc tests: split long lines
Long lines are harder to read and harder to diff; in fact, if lines get
too long (> 1000 bytes), it starts causing issues where git send-email
refuses to send patches for the file. I've cleaned up the tests
directory in the past (see commits bd6c46f, 3b750d1), but new long
lines have been introduced in the meantime.

Why 90 instead of 80? Because there were too many tests on the fringe
edge, and I didn't want to edit that many files.

Add a syntax check to prevent future long lines.

* cfg.mk (sc_prohibit_long_lines): New rule.
* tests/qemuxml2argvdata/qemuxml2argv-*.args: Split lines of any
file with content longer than 90 columns.
* tests/storagevolxml2argvdata/*.argv: Likewise.

according to the need to enable TLS. If TLS is disabled, there's no need

ed769e1854 Remove probing of CPU models when launching QEMU guests
When launching a QEMU guest the binary is probed to discover
the list of supported CPU names. Remove this probing with a
simple lookup of CPU models in the qemuCapsPtr object. This
avoids another invocation of the QEMU binary during the
startup path.

As a nice benefit we can now remove all the nasty hacks from
the test suite which were done to avoid having to exec QEMU
on the test system. The building of the -cpu command line
can just rely on data we pre-populate in qemuCapsPtr.

b43e78f76b tests: really fix QEMU XML-2-ARGV graphics-spice-timeout test
Alas, /usr/bin/kvm is also not directly supported by testutilsqemu.c.

In fact, _any_ test that uses <cpu match=...> has to use our faked
qemu.sh in order to properly answer the 'qemu -cpu ?' probe done
during qemu command line building.
