7b1ed1cd73 qemu: stop passing -enable-fips to QEMU >= 5.2.0
Use of the -enable-fips option is being deprecated in QEMU >= 5.2.0. If
FIPS compliance is required, QEMU must be built with libcrypt which will
unconditionally enforce it.

Thus there is no need for libvirt to pass -enable-fips to modern QEMU.
Unfortunately there was never any way to probe for -enable-fips in the
first instance, it was enabled by libvirt based on version number
originally, and then later unconditionally enabled when libvirt dropped
support for older QEMU. Similarly we now use a version number check to
decide when to stop passing -enable-fips.

Note that the qemu-5.2 capabilities are currently from the pre-release
version and will be updated once qemu-5.2 is released.

b295f06da4 util: support device stats collection for <interface type='hostdev'>
libvirt can retrieve traffic stats for emulated interfaces that are
backed by tap or macvtap devices, but this information wasn't
available for hostdev interfaces (those that are implemented by
assigning an SR-IOV VF device to a guest using vfio):

  #virsh domifstat instance --interface=52:54:00:2d:b2:35
error: Failed to get interface stats instance 52:54:00:2d:b2:35
error: internal error: Interface name not provided

For some SR-IOV VF devices this information is available via the
netlink VFINFO_LIST request/response, and that is what this patch uses
to implement stats retrieval for VF. Not that this is dependent on
support in the PF driver - for example, the Mellanox ConnectX-4 Lx
(mlx5) driver reports usable stats, while Intel 82599 (ixgbe) and
82576 (igb) just report all stats as 0. (this is the same result as
"ip -s link show").

7b0ced89e7 qemu: Prepare hostdev data which depends on the host state separately
SCSI hostdev setup requires querying the host os for the actual path of
the configured hostdev. This was historically done in the command line
formatter. Our new approach is to split out this part into
'qemuProcessPrepareHost' which is designed to be skipped in tests.

Refactor the hostdev code to use this new semantics, and add appropriate
handlers filling in the data for tests and the qemuConnectDomainXMLToNative
users.

9ff3ad9058 qemuProcessCreatePretendCmd: Split up preparation and command building
Host preparation steps which are deliberately skipped when
pretend-creating a commandline are normally executed after VM object
preparation. In the test code we are faking some of the host
preparation steps, but we were doing that prior to the call to
qemuProcessPrepareDomain embedded in qemuProcessCreatePretendCmd.

By splitting up qemuProcessCreatePretendCmd into two functions we can
ensure that the ordering of the prepare steps stays consistent.

f8333b3b0a qemu: Fix domfsinfo for non-PCI device information from guest agent
qemuAgentFSInfoToPublic() currently only sets the devAlias for PCI devices.
However, the QEMU guest agent could also provide the device name in the
"dev" field of the response for other devices instead (well, at least after
fixing another problem in the current QEMU guest agent...). So if creating
the devAlias from the PCI information failed, let's fall back to the name
provided by the guest agent. This helps to fix the empty "Target" fields
that occur when running "virsh domfsinfo" on s390x where CCW devices are
used for the guest instead of PCI devices.

Also add a proper debug message here in case we completely failed to set the
device alias, since this problem here was very hard to debug: The only two
error messages that I've seen were "Unable to get filesystem information"
and "Unable to encode message payload" - which only indicates that something
went wrong in the RPC call. No debug message indicated the real problem, so
I had to learn the hard way why the RPC call failed (it apparently does not
like devAlias left to be NULL) and where the real problem comes from.

bd53831e67 conf: fix detection of available host CPUs for vcpupin
Commit <2020c6af8a8e4bb04acb629d089142be984484c8> fixed an issue with
QEMU driver by reporting offline CPUs as well. However, doing so it
introduced a regression into libxl and test drivers by completely
ignoring the passed `hostcpus` variable.

Move the virHostCPUGetAvailableCPUsBitmap() out of the helper into QEMU
driver so it will not affect other drivers which gets the number of host
CPUs differently.

This was uncovered by running libvirt-dbus test suite which counts on
the fact that test driver has hard-coded host definition and must not
depend on the host at all.

00bb850eb0 qemu: snapshot: Collect 'query-named-block-nodes' prior to memory migration
When doing an external snapshot we migrate memory to a file as a form of
taking the memory state. This creates a problem as qemu deactivates all
active bitmaps after a successful migration. This means that calling
'query-named-block-nodes' will return an empty list of bitmaps for
devices. We use the bitmap list to propagate the active bitmaps into the
overlay files being created which is required for backups to work after
a snapshot. Since we wouldn't propagate anything a subsequent backup
will fail with:

invalid argument: missing or broken bitmap 'testchck' for disk 'vda'

To fix this, we can simply collect the bitmap list prior to the
migration.

494f72f786 qemu_driver.c: modernize qemuConnectCPUModelComparison()
Use g_auto* on pointers to avoid using the 'cleanup' label.

In theory the 'ret' variable can also be discarded if the flow
of the logic is reworked. Perhaps another time.

66dc4992fa qemuDomainBlockPivot: Ignore failures of creating active layer bitmap
Ignore errors from creating "libvirt-tmp-activewrite" bitmap. This
prevents failures of finishing blockjobs if the bitmap already exists.

Note that if the bitmap exists, the worst case that can happen is that
more bits are marked as dirty in the resulting merge.

There are two possible 'transaction' command arguments in the function.
Rename 'actions' as they deal with creating bitmaps only.
