bb74c66e67 conf: only format <controller> as a pair tag when needed
Make the decision based on the usage of childBuf buffer.

This fixes the oddity in the test case introduced by commit c1c4d0d
where we would format an empty pair tag.

e6e26a899d tests: unify qemu binary paths for all qemu related tests
Our test data used a lot of different qemu binary paths and some
of them were based on downstream systems.

Note that there is one file where I had to add "accel=kvm" because
the qemuargv2xml code parses "/usr/bin/kvm" as virt type="kvm".

c1c4d0d5a5 tests: qemuxml2xml: assign device addresses
We use the PreFormat callback for this. Many test cases need to be extended
to pass in proper qemuCaps flags so AssignAddresses doesn't throw errors.

One test case (pcie-root-port-too-many) is dropped, since it was meant
only for checking an error condition in qemuxml2argv, and one we add in
AssignAddresses it errors here too.

Long term I think AssignAddresses should be handled in qemu's PostParse
callback, but that's not entirely straightforward. Handling it here
means we can get the test suite churn over with.

09ab9dcc85 Prevent default creation of usb controller on s390 and s390x
Since s390 does not support usb the default creation of a usb controller
for a domain should not occur.

Also adjust s390 test cases by removing usb device instances since
usb devices are no longer created by default for s390 the s390
test cases need to be adjusted.

38dc212296 S390: Testcase for console default target type (virtio)
For s390 the default console target type is virtio. This also requires
that an implicit virtio-serial controller is instantiated.
This testcase verifies that the target type of virtio is correctly set
in the generated XML if no target element was given and that the
corresponding virtio-serial element is generated too.
