This patch adds the generalized job object into the domain object
so that it can be used by all drivers without the need to extract
it from the private data.
Because of this, the job object needs to be created and set
during the creation of the domain object. This patch also extends
xmlopt with possible job config containing virDomainJobObj
callbacks, its private data callbacks and one variable
(maxQueuedJobs).
This patch includes:
* addition of virDomainJobObj into virDomainObj (used in the
following patches)
* extending xmlopt with job config structure
* new function for freeing the virDomainJobObj

Support setting a password for the VNC framebuffer using the passwd
attribute on the <graphics/> element, if the driver has the
BHYVE_CAP_VNC_PASSWORD capability.
Note that virsh domxml-from-native does not output the password in the
generated XML, as VIR_DOMAIN_DEF_FORMAT_SECURE is not set when
formatting the domain definition.

The resolution of the VNC framebuffer can now be set via the resolution
definition introduced in 5.9.0.
Also, add "gop" to the list of model types the <resolution/>
sub-element is valid for.

Add a new helper function, bhyveParsePCIFbuf, to parse the bhyve-argv
parameters for a frame-buffer device to <graphics/> and <video/>
definitions.
For now, only the listen address, port, and vga mode are detected.
Unsupported parameters are silently skipped.
This involves upgrading the private API to expose the
virDomainGraphicsDefNew helper function, which is used by
bhyveParsePCIFbuf.

There is an inconsistency with VIR_TEST_DEBUG() calls. One half
(roughly) of calls does have the newline character the other one
doesn't. Well, it doesn't have it because it assumed blindly that
new line will be printed, which is not the case.

In preparation libtool "-module" flag removal, add lib prefix to all

While at it, introduce VIR_TEST_MOCK macros that makes path out of mock

hopefully, improves readability, reduces line length and allows to
tailor VIR_TEST_MOCK for specific platform if it has shared library

Right-aligning backslashes when defining macros or using complex
commands in Makefiles looks cute, but as soon as any changes is
required to the code you end up with either distractingly broken
alignment or unnecessarily big diffs where most of the changes
are just pushing all backslashes a few characters to one side.

While checking for ABI stability, drivers might pose additional
checks that are not valid for general case. For instance, qemu
driver might check some memory backing attributes because of how
qemu works. But those attributes may work well in other drivers.

Recently e1000 NIC support was added to bhyve; implement that in
the bhyve driver:
- Add capability check by analyzing output of the 'bhyve -s 0,e1000'
command
- Modify bhyveBuildNetArgStr() to support e1000 and also pass
virConnectPtr so it could call bhyveDriverGetCaps() to check if this
NIC is supported
- Modify command parsing code to add support for e1000 and adjust tests
- Add net-e1000 test
