52aefc9d31 vbox: Introduce vboxUniformedPFN::GetException()
The GetException() method can be used to obtain the latest
exception that occurred in VirtualBox. Calling the method does
not reset the exception though. For that we'll need to call
another method (introduced in following commit).

2a690fc172 vbox: Introduce IVirtualBoxErrorInfo interface
The IVirtualBoxErrorInfo interface allows us to query error
messages from VirtualBox. Since VirtualBox has stacked errors we
need the GetNext() method too.

The odd one, that sticks out is GetIID() as it is not part of the
interface as defined by VirtualBox header files. BUT, we need to
get the interface UUID (which MAY change across each release) so
that it can be passed to VBOX_QUERY_INTERFACE() introduced
earlier.

d4b6aa6305 vbox: Introduce VBOX_QUERY_INTERFACE()
So far we haven't needed to use a different interface for objects
we are working with. We were happy with calling their respective
vtbl callbacks. Well, this will change soon as we will query an
exception (type of nsIException) but will need to promote it to
IVirtualBoxErrorInfo class. This promoting is done by
QueryInterface() callback which accepts 3 arguments: the original
object, ID of the new interface and address where to store the
promoted object.

As this is very basic operation, available to every object, it is
part of the ISupports interface among with other goodies like
AddRef() and Release().

106d795faf vbox: Add support for version 7.0 SDK
As advertised in previous commit that added the SDK header file,
there were some changes to the API:

1) IVirtualBox::OpenMachine() and IVirtualBox::CreateMachine()
   now have @password argument to deal with password protected
   settings files. Well, we don't have that wired now (and we
   don't create such files). If we ever want to support user
   settings files that are password protected (e.g. via
   virSecret) we can wire this argument. For now, just pass NULL.

2) IMachine::GetAudioAdapter() is gone. But it can be replaced
   with IMachine::GetAudioSettings() + IMachine::GetAdapter()
   combo.

622c5e4099 vbox: add support for version 6.1 SDK
Changes in the API:

 - APIs related to the graphics adapter are no longer on the
   IMachine interface, but on a IGraphicsAdapter interface
 - The LaunchVMProcess method takes a list of env variables
   instead of a single variable containing a concatenated
   list. Since we only ever pass a single env variable, we
   can simply stuff it straight into a list.
 - The DHCP server start method no longer needs the network
   name

2d1fadb44d vbox: drop support for VirtualBox 4.x releases
Support for all the 4.x releases was ended by VirtualBox maintainers in
Dec 2015. Even the "newest" 4.3.40 of those is only supported on old
versions of Linux (Ubuntu <= 13.03, RHEL <= 6, SLES <= 11), which are all
discontinued hosts from libvirt's POV.

We can thus reasonably drop all 4.x support from the libvirt VirtualBox
driver.

8b5eefb6bc vbox: Add SAS controller support
In VirtualBox SAS and SCSI are separate controller types whereas libvirt
does not make such distinction. This patch adds support for attaching
the VBOX SAS controllers by mapping the 'lsisas1068' controller model in
libvirt XML to VBOX SAS controller type. If VBOX VM has disks attached
to both SCSI and SAS controller libvirt domain XML will have two
<controller type='scsci'> elements with index and model attributes set
accordingly. In this case, each respective <disk> element must have
<address> element specified to assign it to respective SCSI controller.

Right-aligning backslashes when defining macros or using complex

ce381d3764 vbox: Rewrite vboxStoragePoolNumOfVolumes
We use typedef IMedium IHardDisk to make IHardDisk hierachy from
IMedium (Actually it did on vbox 2.2 and 3.0's C++ API).
So when calling
    VBOX_MEDIUM_FUNC_ARG*(IHardDisk, func, args)
we can directly replace it to
    gVBoxAPI.UIMedium.func(IHardDisk, args)

When dealing with this two types, we get some rules from it's
hierachy relationship.

When using IHardDisk and IMedium as input, we can't transfer a
IMedium to IHardDisk. Like:
    gVBoxAPI.UIHardDisk.func(IHardDisk *hardDisk, args)
    Here, we can't put a *IMedium as a argument.

When using IHardDisk and IMedium as output, we can't transfer a
IHardDisk to IMedium. Like:
    gVBoxAPI.UIMachine.GetMedium(IMedium **out)
    Here, we can't put a **IHardDisk as a argument. If this case
    do happen, we either change the API to GetHardDisk or write a
    new one.

The vboxDomainSnapshotCreateXML integrated the snapshot redefine
with this patch:

This patch introduced vboxSnapshotRedefine in vboxUniformedAPI to

This patch replace all version specified APIs to the uniformed api,
then, moving the whole implementation to vbox_common.c. As there
is only API level changes, the behavior of the function doesn't
change.

Some old version's defects has brought to the new one. The already
known things are:
    *goto cleanup in a loop without releasing the pointers in the

    *When function failed after machine unregister, no roll back
