c8fe5614c4 qemublocktestdata: Fix 'block-raw-reservations' case 
The 'reservations' element doesn't have an 'enabled' attribute according
to our schema, remove it.

f18771d41c qemu: block: Add support for 'pr-manager' in qemuBlockStorageSourceGetFileProps 
To keep feature parity, we need to be able to format the PR manager
alias when using blockdev.
