8290cbbc38 viralloc: Report OOM error on failure 
Similarly to VIR_STRDUP, we want the OOM error to be reported in
VIR_ALLOC and friends.

1cd2078c88 rename tests/conftest.c 
To prevent confusion with configure's popular name
for a file, rename conftest.c to test_conf.c which
is consistent with the invoking test_conf.sh
