278c630d2a qemu: domain: Store and update 'fdsetindex' across libvirtd restarts
While 'add-fd' qmp command gives the possibility to find an unused fdset
ID when hot-adding fdsets, such usage is extremely inconvenient.

This patch allows us to track the used fdset id so that we can avoid the
need to check results and thus employ simpler code flow when hot-adding
devices which use FD passing.

2ddff1cc40 storage_source: Add flag storing whether threshold event was registered with index
When users register the threshold event for the top level image with an
explicit index (e.g. vda[3]) they are clearly expecting the index in the
event.

This flag will help avoiding emission of the second event without the
index when the client clearly requested one with the index.

e88367095f qemu: populate <audio> element with default config
Currently the QEMU driver secretly sets the QEMU_AUDIO_DRV env variable

 - VNC - set to "none", unless passthrough of host env variable is set
 - SPICE - always set to "spice"
 - SDL - always passthrough host env
 - No graphics - set to "none", unless passthrough of host env variable is set

The setting of the QEMU_AUDIO_DRV env variable is done in the code which
configures graphics.

If no <audio> element is present, we now auto-populate <audio> elements
to reflect this historical default config. This avoids need to set audio
env when processing graphics.

482c52b177 qemu: domain: Fill in (i)SCSI backend nodename if it is not present in status XML
For upgrade reasons so that we can modify the used nodename we must
generate the old version for all status XMLs which don't have it stored
explicitly.

The change will be required as using the user-provided alias may result
in too-long nodenames which will be rejected by qemu.

Add code which fills in the appropriate old value and add test cases to
validate that it's added and also that existing nodenames are not
overwritten.

The http cookies can have potentially sensitive values and thus should
not be leaked into the command line. This means that we'll need to

95f5ac9ae5 Add API to change qemu agent response timeout
Some layered products such as oVirt have requested a way to avoid being
blocked by guest agent commands when querying a loaded vm. For example,
many guest agent commands are polled periodically to monitor changes,
and rather than blocking the calling process, they'd prefer to simply
time out when an agent query is taking too long.

This patch adds a way for the user to specify a custom agent timeout
that is applied to all agent commands.

One special case to note here is the 'guest-sync' command. 'guest-sync'
is issued internally prior to calling any other command. (For example,
when libvirt wants to call 'guest-get-fsinfo', we first call
'guest-sync' and then call 'guest-get-fsinfo').

Previously, the 'guest-sync' command used a 5-second timeout
(VIR_DOMAIN_QEMU_AGENT_COMMAND_DEFAULT), whereas the actual command that
followed always blocked indefinitely
(VIR_DOMAIN_QEMU_AGENT_COMMAND_BLOCK). As part of this patch, if a
custom timeout is specified that is shorter than
5 seconds, this new timeout is also used for 'guest-sync'. If there is
no custom timeout or if the custom timeout is longer than 5 seconds, we
will continue to use the 5-second timeout.

This caused the live XML to report the 'bridge' type instead of the

518026e159 network: use 'bridge' as actual type instead of 'network'
Ports allocated on virtual networks with type=nat|route|open all get
given an actual type of 'network'.

Only ports in networks with type=bridge use an actual type of 'bridge'.

This distinction makes little sense since the virtualization drivers
will treat both actual types in exactly the same way, as they're all
just bridge devices a VM needs to be connected to.

This doesn't affect user visible XML since the "actual" device XML
is internal only, but we need code to convert the data upgrades.

931144858f qemu: Figure out nodeset bitmap size correctly
The current private XML parsing code relies on the assumption
that NUMA node IDs start from 0 and are densely allocated,
neither of which is necessarily the case.

Change it so that the bitmap size is dynamically calculated by
looking at NUMA node IDs instead, which ensures all nodes will
be able to fit and thus the bitmap will be parsed successfully.

Update one of the test cases so that it would fail with the
previous approach, but passes with the new one.
