457a0183d6 tests: Adopt fakerootdir helpers
Most replacements are completely straightforward but
vircgrouptest requires slightly different handling because,
instead of initializing a single fakerootdir at the start of
the test program and cleaning it up at the end, it creates
multiple different ones one after the other.

33178b9e52 vircgroup: rework virCgroupNewSelf
With the introduction of `libvirt` sub-directory to the cgroup topology
some of the cgroup configuration was moved into that sub-directory
together with the VM processes.

LXC uses virCgroupNewSelf() in the container process to detect cgroups
in order to report various data from cgroups inside the container.

We need to properly detect the new `libvirt` sub-directory here
otherwise LXC will report incorrect data.

c8238579fb lib: Drop internal virXXXPtr typedefs
Historically, we declared pointer type to our types:

  typedef struct _virXXX virXXX;
  typedef virXXX *virXXXPtr;

But usefulness of such declaration is questionable, at best.
Unfortunately, we can't drop every such declaration - we have to
carry some over, because they are part of public API (e.g.
virDomainPtr). But for internal types - we can do drop them and
use what every other C project uses 'virXXX *'.

This change was generated by a very ugly shell script that
generated sed script which was then called over each file in the
repository. For the shell script refer to the cover letter:

600462834f Remove all Author(s): lines from source file headers
In many files there are header comments that contain an Author:
statement, supposedly reflecting who originally wrote the code.
In a large collaborative project like libvirt, any non-trivial
file will have been modified by a large number of different
contributors. IOW, the Author: comments are quickly out of date,
omitting people who have made significant contribitions.

In some places Author: lines have been added despite the person
merely being responsible for creating the file by moving existing
code out of another file. IOW, the Author: lines give an incorrect
record of authorship.

With this all in mind, the comments are useless as a means to identify
who to talk to about code in a particular file. Contributors will always
be better off using 'git log' and 'git blame' if they need to find the
author of a particular bit of code.

This commit thus deletes all Author: comments from the source and adds
a rule to prevent them reappearing.

The Copyright headers are similarly misleading and inaccurate, however,
we cannot delete these as they have legal meaning, despite being largely
inaccurate. In addition only the copyright holder is permitted to change
their respective copyright statement.

8b62008d2b vircgrouptest: call virCgroupNewSelf instead virCgroupDetectMounts
This will be required once cgroup v2 is introduced. The cgroup
detection is not simple and we will have multiple backends so we
should not just jump into the middle of the detection code.

In order to use virCgroupNewSelf we need to create all the remaining
data files:

    - {name}.cgroups represents /proc/cgroups, it is a list of cgroup
      controllers compiled into kernel

    - {name}.self.cgroup represents /proc/self/cgroup, it describes
cgroups to which the process belongs

For "no-cgroups" we need to modify the expected behavior because
virCgroupNewSelf() will fail if there are no controllers available.

dacd160d74 Avoid hidden cgroup mount points
Currently the scan of the /proc/mounts file used to find cgroup mount
points doesn't take into account that mount points may hidden by other
mount points. For, example in certain Kubernetes environments the
/proc/mounts contains the following lines:

  cgroup /sys/fs/cgroup/net_prio,net_cls cgroup ...
  tmpfs /sys/fs/cgroup tmpfs ...
  cgroup /sys/fs/cgroup/net_cls,net_prio cgroup ...

In this particular environment the first mount point is hidden by the
second one. The correct mount point is the third one, but libvirt will
never process it because it only checks the first mount point for each
controller (net_cls in this case). So libvirt will try to use the first
mount point, which doesn't actually exist, and the complete detection
process will fail.

To avoid that issue this patch changes the virCgroupDetectMountsFromFile
function so that when there are duplicates it takes the information from
the last line in /proc/mounts. This requires removing the previous
explicit condition to skip duplicates, and adding code to free the
memory used by the processing of duplicated lines.

08ea852c25 nodeinfo: remove sysfs_prefix from all methods
Nearly all the methods in the nodeinfo file are given a
'const char *sysfs_prefix' parameter to override the
default sysfs path (/sys/devices/system). Every single
caller passes in NULL for this, except one use in the
unit tests. Furthermore this parameter is totally
Linux-specific, when the APIs are intended to be cross
platform portable.

This removes the sysfs_prefix parameter and instead gives
a new method linuxNodeInfoSetSysFSSystemPath for use by
the test suite.

For two of the methods this hardcodes use of the constant
SYSFS_SYSTEM_PATH, since the test suite does not need to
override the path for thos methods.
