As of commit [1] glibc may overwrite a call to open() with call
to __open_2() (if only two arguments are provided and the code is
compiled with clang). But since we are not mocking the latter our
test suite is broken as tests try to access paths outside of our
repo.

Since virusbmock was written 10 years ago, back when we didn't
have virmock.h and its helpers, it open codes symbol resolution
(VIR_MOCK_REAL_INIT). With a bit of cleanup (e.g. renaming
realopen to real_open and so on) it can use virmock.h provided
macros.
And while at it, drop include of virusb.h - there is no
compelling reason for it include the file. The mock just
redirects paths passed to open()/opendir().

In a few places we declare a variable (which is optionally
followed by a code not touching it) then set the variable to a
value and return the variable immediately. It's obvious that the
variable is needless and the value can be returned directly
instead.
This patch was generated using this semantic patch:
@@
type T;
identifier ret;
expression E;
@@
- T ret;
... when != ret
when strict
- ret = E;
- return ret;
+ return E;
After that I fixed couple of formatting issues because coccinelle
formatted some lines differently than our coding style.

In many files there are header comments that contain an Author:
statement, supposedly reflecting who originally wrote the code.
In a large collaborative project like libvirt, any non-trivial
file will have been modified by a large number of different
contributors. IOW, the Author: comments are quickly out of date,
omitting people who have made significant contribitions.
In some places Author: lines have been added despite the person
merely being responsible for creating the file by moving existing
code out of another file. IOW, the Author: lines give an incorrect
record of authorship.
With this all in mind, the comments are useless as a means to identify
who to talk to about code in a particular file. Contributors will always
be better off using 'git log' and 'git blame' if they need to find the
author of a particular bit of code.
This commit thus deletes all Author: comments from the source and adds
a rule to prevent them reappearing.
The Copyright headers are similarly misleading and inaccurate, however,
we cannot delete these as they have legal meaning, despite being largely
inaccurate. In addition only the copyright holder is permitted to change
their respective copyright statement.

All of the ones being removed are pulled in by internal.h. The only
exception is sanlock which expects the application to include <stdint.h>
before sanlock's headers, because sanlock prototypes use fixed width
int, but they don't include stdint.h themselves, so we have to leave
that one in place.

clang doesn't like mode_t type as an argument to va_arg():

This is normally not an issue since the tests which use mocked open() do
not create files. But once coverage build is enabled, gcov_open will use
O_CREATE and real_open will read random data rather than the actual mode
argument.
