Currently, we have maybe a dozen tests for hugepages related
stuff in qemuxml2argvtest. In all cases DO_TEST() is used, which
means we have to enumerate all capabilities needed (though, it's
usually just QEMU_CAPS_OBJECT_MEMORY_RAM and
QEMU_CAPS_OBJECT_MEMORY_FILE, exceptionally
QEMU_CAPS_OBJECT_MEMORY_FILE_DISCARD too).
Instead of deleting the caps flags one-by-one, just switch the
tests to use DO_CAPS_LATEST().
The qemuxml2xmltest will undergo similar treatment in next
commit.

The 32-bit x86 binary is called qemu-system-i386, not
qemu-system-i686. This mistake across many test XML files was
not noticed because the mistake was also made in testutilsqemu.c
when mocking the capabilities.

This use-case was broken by commit
<fa6bdf6afa878b8d7c5ed71664ee72be8967cdc5>.
We allowed this configuration and it was working as expected therefore
we can consider it as regression. We should have never allowed such
configuration so now the best solution is in case of non-numa guest
silently ignore the 'nodeset' attribute if it's set to '0'.
That will be fixed by following patches.
