When spawning a child process, between fork() and exec() we close
all file descriptors and keep only those the caller wants us to
pass onto the child. The problem is how we do that. Currently, we
get the limit of opened files and then iterate through each one
of them and either close() it or make it survive exec(). This
approach is suboptimal (although, not that much in default
configurations where the limit is pretty low - 1024). We have
/proc where we can learn what FDs we hold open and thus we can
selectively close only those.

The virCommand APIs do not expect to be given a NULL value for an arg
name or value. Such a mistake can lead to execution of the wrong
command, as the NULL may prematurely terminate the list of args.

instead of the volume path. This flaw was then validated by an incorrect

from libvirtd, which is really suboptimal. This change allows

When running on FreeBSD, there's a bug in virCommandProcessIO
polling that is triggered by the commandtest.
A test that triggers EPIPE in commandtest (named "test20") hungs
forever on FreeBSD.
Apparently, this happens because FreeBSD sets POLLHUP flag on revents
when stdin in closed. And as the current implementation only checks for
POLLOUT and POLLERR, it ends up looping forever inside
virCommandProcessIO and not trying to do one more write() that would
trigger EPIPE.
To fix that check for the POLLHUP flag along with POLLOUT and POLLERR.
