The usleep function was missing on older mingw versions, but we can rely
on it existing everywhere these days. It may only support times upto 1
second in duration though, so we'll prefer to use g_usleep instead.
The commandhelper program is not changed since that can't link to glib.
Fortunately it doesn't need to build on Windows platforms either.

In many files there are header comments that contain an Author:
statement, supposedly reflecting who originally wrote the code.
In a large collaborative project like libvirt, any non-trivial
file will have been modified by a large number of different
contributors. IOW, the Author: comments are quickly out of date,
omitting people who have made significant contribitions.
In some places Author: lines have been added despite the person
merely being responsible for creating the file by moving existing
code out of another file. IOW, the Author: lines give an incorrect
record of authorship.
With this all in mind, the comments are useless as a means to identify
who to talk to about code in a particular file. Contributors will always
be better off using 'git log' and 'git blame' if they need to find the
author of a particular bit of code.
This commit thus deletes all Author: comments from the source and adds
a rule to prevent them reappearing.
The Copyright headers are similarly misleading and inaccurate, however,
we cannot delete these as they have legal meaning, despite being largely
inaccurate. In addition only the copyright holder is permitted to change
their respective copyright statement.

All of the ones being removed are pulled in by internal.h. The only
exception is sanlock which expects the application to include <stdint.h>
before sanlock's headers, because sanlock prototypes use fixed width
int, but they don't include stdint.h themselves, so we have to leave
that one in place.

macOS doesn't support clock_gettime(2), at least versions prior 10.12
(I didn't actually check 10.12 though). So, use its own routines in
eventtest.
* configure.ac: check for requires symbols and define
HAVE_MACH_CLOCK_ROUTINES if found
* tests/eventtest.c: add clock_get_time() based implementation
Handling of outputs and filters has been changed in a way that splits
parsing and defining. Do the same thing for logging priority as well, this
however, doesn't need much of a preparation.

These event tests aren't run synchronously, so there isn't an obvious
function to pass to virtTestRun. Instead, open code roughly what
virtTestResult did before: printing an error message if a test failed.
C guarantees that static variables are zero-initialized. Some older
compilers (and also gcc -fno-zero-initialized-in-bss) create larger
binaries if you explicitly zero-initialize a static variable.

Any source file which calls the logging APIs now needs
to have a VIR_LOG_INIT("source.name") declaration at
the start of the file. This provides a static variable
of the virLogSource type.

Convert the type of loop iterators named 'i', 'j', k',
'ii', 'jj', 'kk', to be 'size_t' instead of 'int' or
'unsigned int', also santizing 'ii', 'jj', 'kk' to use
the normal 'i', 'j', 'k' naming

These all existed before virfile.c was created, and for some reason
weren't moved.
This is mostly straightfoward, although the syntax rule prohibiting
write() had to be changed to have an exception for virfile.c instead
of virutil.c.
This movement pointed out that there is a function called
virBuildPath(), and another almost identical function called
virFileBuildPath(). They really should be a single function, which
I'll take care of as soon as I figure out what the arglist should look
like.

Regression introduced in commit e6b68d7 (Nov 2010).
Prior to that point, handlesAlloc was always a multiple of
EVENT_ALLOC_EXTENT (10), and was an int (so even if the subtraction
had been able to wrap, a negative value would be less than the count
not try to free the handles array). But after that point,
VIR_RESIZE_N made handlesAlloc grow geometrically (with a pattern of
10, 20, 30, 45 for the handles array) but still freed in multiples of
EVENT_ALLOC_EXTENT; and the count changed to size_t. Which means that
after 31 handles have been created, then 30 handles destroyed,
handlesAlloc is 5 while handlesCount is 1, and since (size_t)(1 - 5)
is indeed greater than 1, this then tried to free 10 elements, which
had the awful effect of nuking the handles array while there were
still live handles.
Nuking live handles puts libvirtd in an inconsistent state, and was
easily reproducible by starting and then stopping 60 faqemu guests.

Avoid integer wrap-around causing us to delete the entire array
while entries are still active.

If a file descriptor with events=0 was added to the libvirtd
event loop, it would still be added to the poll() fds' array.
While it wouldn't see any POLLIN/OUT events, it'd still get
triggered for HANGUP/ERROR events which was not in compliance
with the libvirt events API contract.
