5b0dc11db8 Fix leaks in vircapstest 
Coverity complains about cell_cpus being leaked on error
and valgrind shows 'caps' is leaked on success.

Introduced in eb64e87.

eb64e8752b vircapstest: Introduce virCapabilitiesGetCpusForNodemask test 
This test creates a Fake NUMA topology with non-sequential cell ids
to check if libvirt properly handles the same
