The domain capabilities XML contains host CPU model tailored to a
specific hypervisor and since it's enclosed in <mode name='host-model'>
element rather then the required <cpu> it's impossible to directly use
the host CPU model as an input to, e.g., cpu-compare command. To make
this more convenient, vshExtractCPUDefXML now accepts full domain
capabilities XML and automatically transforms the host CPU models into
the form accepted by libvirt APIs.

Both cpu-compare and cpu-baseline commands accept more that just CPU
definition XML(s). For users' convenience they are able to extract the
CPU definition(s) even from domain XML or capabilities XML. The main
differences between the two commands is in the number of CPU definitions
they expect: cpu-compare wants only one CPU definition while
cpu-baseline expects one or more CPUs.
The extracted code forms a new vshExtractCPUDefXML function.

1ec22be5 added code that detects the maximum cpu count according to
domain capabilities. The code fell back to the old command only if the
API was not supported. If the API fails for other reasons the command
would fail. There's no point in not trying the old API in such case.

Some CPU drivers (such as arm) do not provide list of CPUs libvirt
supports and just pass any CPU model from domain XML directly to QEMU.
Such driver need to return models == NULL and success from cpuGetModels.

virsh maxvcpus --type kvm output is useless on PPC. Also, in
commit e6806d79 we documented not rely on virConnectGetMaxVcpus
output. Fix the maxvcpus to use virConnectGetDomainCapabilities
now to make it useful. The call is made to use the default emulator
binary and to check for the host machine and arch which is what the
command intends to show anyway.

In order to share as much virsh' logic as possible with upcomming
virt-admin client we need to split virsh logic into virsh specific and
client generic features.
Since majority of virsh methods should be generic enough to be used by
other clients, it's much easier to rename virsh specific data to virshX
than doing this vice versa. It moved generic virsh commands (including info
and opts structures) to generic module vsh.c.
Besides renaming methods and structures, this patch also involves introduction
of a client specific control structure being referenced as private data in the
original control structure, introduction of a new global vsh Initializer,
which currently doesn't do much, but there is a potential for added
functionality in the future.
Lastly it introduced client hooks which are especially necessary during
client connecting phase.

Some drivers don't expose available huge page sizes in the
capabilities XML. For instance, LXC driver is one of those.
This has a downside that when virsh is trying to get
aggregated info on free pages per all NUMA nodes, it fails.
The problem is that the virNodeGetFreePages() API expects
caller to pass an array of page sizes he is interested in.
In virsh, this array is filled from the capabilities from
'/capabilities/host/cpu/pages' XPath. As said, in LXC
there's no such XPath and therefore virsh fails currently.
But hey, we can fallback: the page sizes are exposed under
'/capabilities/host/topology/cells/cell/pages'. The page
size can be collected from there, and voilà the command
works again. But now we must make sure that there are no
duplicates in the array passed to the public API. Otherwise
we won't get as beautiful output as we are getting now.

This will allow us to use vshError() to report errors from inside
vshCommandOpt*(), instead of replicating the same logic and error
messages all over the place.
We also have more context inside the vshCommandOpt*() functions,
for example the actual value used on the command line, which means
we can produce more detailed error messages.
vshCommandOptBool() is the exception here, because it's explicitly
designed not to report any error.
Replace more than 30 ad-hoc error messages with a single, generic one
that contains the name of the option being processed and some hints
to help the user understand what could have gone wrong.

1) When an invalid wwn is introduced, libvirt reports
"Malformed wwn: %s". The template won't be replaced.
2) "target" option for dompmsuspend and "xml" option for
save-image-define are required options and should use
VSH_OT_DATA instead of VSH_OT_STRING as an option type.
3) A typo.

The source code base needs to be adapted as well. Some files
include virutil.h just for the string related functions (here,
the include is substituted to match the new file), some include
virutil.h without any need (here, the include is removed), and
some require both.
The function is used to establish connection so it should be in the main
virsh file. This movement also enables further improvements done in next
patches.
Note that the "connect" command has moved from the host section of virsh to the
main section. It is now listed by 'virsh help virsh' instead of 'virsh help
host'.
After we switched to C99 initialization, I noticed there were many
places where the specification of .flags parameter differed. After
going through many options and deciding whether to unify the
initialization to be '.flags = 0' or '.flags = VSH_OFLAG_NONE', I
realized both can be removed and it makes the code easier to go
through.
