Michal Privoznik	a82d9e8996	qemu_capabilities: Introduce QEMU_CAPS_DEVICE_VIRTIO_MEM_PCI_PREALLOC ... This new capability tracks whether virtio-mem device is capable of memory preallocation, which is detected by the device having .prealloc attribute.
