Previously, we accepted empty bridge name, because some old versions of
VMWare Workstation did not put it into the config. But this doesn't make
much sense - to have an interface type bridge with no name. We
circumvented this problem by generating an empty name but that is
equally wrong.
Therefore, fill in missing bridge names (according to the documentation
[1] the default bridge name is VMnet0) and error out if bridge name is
missing.

When a SCSI controller is present, ESX adds several pciBridge devices
to vmx file. This fixes an error message where it refuses to create VM
due to not enough PCI devices available. This applies only to virtualHW
version >= 7.
The domain XML generator creates the mac addres strings with lowercase
strings with a separate piece of code. This patch changes the formating
helper to do the same stuff to allow using it to normalize a string
provided by the user. After this change some of the tests that are
outputing the mac address will need to be changed.
This patch adds support for vmx files with empty networkName
values (which is the case for vmx generated by Workstation).
It also adds support for vmx containing NATed network interfaces.
Update test suite accordingly
