This is in preparation for a more strict make syntax-check
rule that will detect trailing blank lines.

virNodeGetFreeMemory(), extends the driver. Lacks remote and
QEmu support though.
* src/libvirt.c: allows to fix virNodeGetCellsFreeMemory() adding
parameter check for startCell.
