Michal Privoznik 6f9fb4fa01 Revert "util: cgroup: modify virCgroupFree to take virCgroupPtr"
This reverts commit 0f80c71822.

Turns out, our code relies on virCgroupFree(&var) setting
var = NULL.

Conflicts:
  src/util/vircgroup.c: context because 94f1855f09 is not
  reverted.
