Michal Privoznik cdb1aa996a viruri: Introduce virURIParamsSetIgnore()
The aim of this helper is to manipulate the .ignore value for
given list of parameters. For instance:

  virURIParamsSetIgnore(uri, false, {"mode", "socket", NULL});
