All targets get cpanm, which is now part of the base system, and xz is now installed explicitly instead of relying on it being either present by default or dragged in indirectly. The corresponding libvirt-ci commit is 8920e8f408ba. Signed-off-by: Andrea Bolognani <abologna@redhat.com>
