qemu_capabilities: join capabilities for qxl and qxl-vga devices
This patch simplifies QEMU capabilities for QXL video device. QEMU exposes this device as *qxl-vga* and *qxl* and they are both the same device with the same set of parameters, the only difference is that *qxl-vga* includes VGA compatibility. Based on QEMU code they are tied together so it's safe to check only for presence of only one of them. This patch also removes an invalid test case "video-qxl-sec-nodevice" where there is only *qxl-vga* device and *qxl* device is not present. Signed-off-by: Pavel Hrdina <phrdina@redhat.com>

LibVirt : simple API for virtualization Libvirt is a C toolkit to interact with the virtualization capabilities of recent versions of Linux (and other OSes). It is free software available under the GNU Lesser General Public License. Virtualization of the Linux Operating System means the ability to run multiple instances of Operating Systems concurrently on a single hardware system where the basic resources are driven by a Linux instance. The library aim at providing long term stable C API initially for the Xen paravirtualization but should be able to integrate other virtualization mechanisms if needed.
