Michal Privoznik 213b6822a8 virnumamock: Introduce virNumaGetNodeOfCPU() mock
Introduce a mock of virNumaGetNodeOfCPU() because soon we will
need virNumaCPUSetToNodeset() to return predictable results.
Also, fill in missing symlinks in vircaps2xmldata/.
