Daniel P. Berrange 4738c2a7e7 Replace 'struct qemud_driver *' with virQEMUDriverPtr
Remove the obsolete 'qemud' naming prefix and underscore
based type name. Introduce virQEMUDriverPtr as the replacement,
in common with LXC driver naming style
