Daniel Veillard 6564f33fbb * include/libvir.h src/libvir.c src/virsh.c: tweaking of the 
GetInfo() API, returns bytes and nanoseconds, try to fix
  the scales, but time on unpriviledged interfaces doesn't work.

         LibVir : simple library to use the Xen hypervisor

  As of Wed Nov 2 2005, this is a completely new project, it is not
usable in any way yet.
