Revert "lxc: Do not try to reconnect inactive domain when do lxcStartup"
This reverts commit 0e7f7f8566f3e7fcf5bce395555fa1b5cf1e136b. From the mailing list: > So, AFAICT, this patch means we will never reconnect to any LXC > VMs now. > > The correct solution, is to refactor LXC driver startup to work > the same way as the QEMU driver startup. > > - Load all the live state XML files (to pick up running VMs) > - Reconnect to all VMs > - Load all the persistent config XML files (to pick up any additional > inactive guets) But that solution is invasive enough to be post-0.9.1.
LibVirt : simple API for virtualization Libvirt is a C toolkit to interact with the virtualization capabilities of recent versions of Linux (and other OSes). It is free software available under the GNU Lesser General Public License. Virtualization of the Linux Operating System means the ability to run multiple instances of Operating Systems concurrently on a single hardware system where the basic resources are driven by a Linux instance. The library aim at providing long term stable C API initially for the Xen paravirtualization but should be able to integrate other virtualization mechanisms if needed.
