Michal Privoznik 55c3e969cf qemu_security: Drop qemuSecurityStartVhostUserGPU()

qemuSecurityStartVhostUserGPU() and qemuSecurityCommandRun(). The
latter is used more frequently while the former has just one
user. Therefore, drop the less frequently used one.
