tests: Build virstoragetest only when storage driver is compiled too
virstoragetest now requires parts of the storage driver to be built. Without this change the test can't be compiled on platforms that don't build the storage driver (mingw). make[2]: *** No rule to make target `../src/libvirt_driver_storage_impl.la', needed by `virstoragetest.exe'. Stop. Broken by commit 713cc3b0a7ff8ad42b4c13429b624d1b2b5a99f2

LibVirt : simple API for virtualization Libvirt is a C toolkit to interact with the virtualization capabilities of recent versions of Linux (and other OSes). It is free software available under the GNU Lesser General Public License. Virtualization of the Linux Operating System means the ability to run multiple instances of Operating Systems concurrently on a single hardware system where the basic resources are driven by a Linux instance. The library aim at providing long term stable C API initially for the Xen paravirtualization but should be able to integrate other virtualization mechanisms if needed.
