Qemu always opens the tray if forced to. Skip the waiting step in such case. This also helps if qemu does not report the tray change event when opening the cdrom forcibly (the documentation says that the event will not be sent although qemu in fact does trigger it even if @force is selceted). This is a workaround for a qemu issue where qemu does not send the tray change event in some cases (after migration with empty closed locked drive) and thus renders the cdrom useless from libvirt's point of view. LibVirt : simple API for virtualization
Libvirt is a C toolkit to interact with the virtualization capabilities
of recent versions of Linux (and other OSes). It is free software
available under the GNU Lesser General Public License. Virtualization of
the Linux Operating System means the ability to run multiple instances of
Operating Systems concurrently on a single hardware system where the basic
resources are driven by a Linux instance. The library aim at providing
long term stable C API initially for the Xen paravirtualization but
should be able to integrate other virtualization mechanisms if needed.
