Add nanoseconds units for vcpu.delay doc, as it's based on '/proc/<pid>/task/<tid>/schedstat' (see 'qemuGetSchedstatDelay()'). 'schedstat' is in nanoseconds, according to https://docs.kernel.org/scheduler/sched-stats.html#proc-pid-schedstat.
