Fix compilation of legacy xen driver with Xen 4.2
In Xen 4.2, xs.h is deprecated in favor of xenstore.h. xs.h now contains #warning xs.h is deprecated use xenstore.h instead #include <xenstore.h> which fails compilation when warnings are treated as errors. Introduce a configure-time check for xenstore.h and if found, use it instead of xs.h. (cherry picked from commit 416eca189b1934cfa8575ab72d142ec77600fcf9)

LibVirt : simple API for virtualization Libvirt is a C toolkit to interact with the virtualization capabilities of recent versions of Linux (and other OSes). It is free software available under the GNU Lesser General Public License. Virtualization of the Linux Operating System means the ability to run multiple instances of Operating Systems concurrently on a single hardware system where the basic resources are driven by a Linux instance. The library aim at providing long term stable C API initially for the Xen paravirtualization but should be able to integrate other virtualization mechanisms if needed.
