CPUID instruction normally takes its parameter from EAX, but sometimes ECX is used as an additional parameter. This patch prepares the x86 CPU driver code for the new 'ecx_in' CPUID parameter. Signed-off-by: Jiri Denemark <jdenemar@redhat.com>
