Han Han be28a7fbd6 qemu_validate: Only allow none address for watchdog ib700
Since QEMU 1.5.3, the ib700 watchdog device has no options for address,
and not address in device tree:

$ /usr/libexec/qemu-kvm -version
QEMU emulator version 1.5.3 (qemu-kvm-1.5.3-175.el7), Copyright (c) 2003-2008 Fabrice Bellard
$ /usr/libexec/qemu-kvm -device ib700,\?
$ virsh qemu-monitor-command seabios --hmp info qtree|grep ib700 -A 2
        dev: ib700, id "watchdog0"
        dev: isa-serial, id "serial0"
          index = 0

So only allow it to use none address.

Libvirt API for virtualization

Libvirt provides a portable, long term stable C API for managing the virtualization technologies provided by many operating systems. It includes support for QEMU, KVM, Xen, LXC, bhyve, Virtuozzo, VMware vCenter and ESX, VMware Desktop, Hyper-V, VirtualBox and the POWER Hypervisor.

For some of these hypervisors, it provides a stateful management daemon which runs on the virtualization host allowing access to the API both by non-privileged local users and remote users.

Layered packages provide bindings of the libvirt C API into other languages including Python, Perl, PHP, Go, Java, OCaml, as well as mappings into object systems such as GObject, CIM and SNMP.
