QEMU introduced command line "-mem-merge=on|off" (defaults to on) to
enable/disable the memory merge (KSM) at guest startup. This exposes
it by new XML:
<memoryBacking>
<nosharepages/>
</memoryBacking>
The XML tag is same with what we used internally for old RHEL.
