* qemud/remote.c, qemud/remote_generate_stubs.pl,
	  qemud/remote_dispatch_localvars.h,
	  qemud/remote_dispatch_proc_switch.h,
	  qemud/remote_dispatch_prototypes.h: Server side of
	  the remote patch, deals with call dispatch.
