Last of the file splits. * tools/virsh-volume.h: New file. * tools/Makefile.am (virsh_SOURCES): Build it. * tools/virsh.c: Use new header. * tools/virsh-volume.c: Likewise. (vshCommandOptVolBy): Fix flag usage.
