When reading release notes, patch summary is not always the best description of what users can expect in new version. I propose changing it slightly so that it describes what exactly happens and when. However, we do not have to add every single code change to the news file, that would be ridiculous and unreadable for users. If the patch subject needs changes like this one, I'm rather tempted to say that such changes should not be in the news file at all. So that would be the other way how to fix this. LibVirt : simple API for virtualization
Libvirt is a C toolkit to interact with the virtualization capabilities
of recent versions of Linux (and other OSes). It is free software
available under the GNU Lesser General Public License. Virtualization of
the Linux Operating System means the ability to run multiple instances of
Operating Systems concurrently on a single hardware system where the basic
resources are driven by a Linux instance. The library aim at providing
long term stable C API initially for the Xen paravirtualization but
should be able to integrate other virtualization mechanisms if needed.
