* libvirt.spec.in (%configure): Drop unused %{one} macro.
* mingw32-libvirt.spec.in (%{rhel}): Compile ESX but not HyperV on
mingw build for RHEL.
(%build): Make configure honor spec conditionals. Reorder to
match libvirt.spec.
* autobuild.sh (mingw): Update list to match.
