59ba896198 remove vlc 
vlc is not available by default in the main repo.
the installer will fail as a result.
it has been removed from the extended desktop.

c0bcfc4287 Replace elementary with gnome background 
Elementary OS backgrounds are not yet available in Fedora 37.
They need to be replace with something else.
GNOME backgrounds were chosen
