Lukas Greve bb23fed54a ci: run livemedia-creator directly in runner image (drop mock) ...

mock --init fails on repo GPG signature verification in the runner
container. The container is already fedora:44 with anaconda/lorax
installed, so the mock chroot adds nothing but a failing GPG wall.
Run dnf-installed lorax-lmc-novirt/pykickstart/livecd-tools and
livemedia-creator directly in the job container; artifacts now live
under build/ in the workspace.
