This commit adds the memory layout design for AArch64 in
`arch/src/aarch64/layout.rs` and related changes in
`arch/src/lib.rs` to make sure this commit can build.

Both crates are based on Firecracker commit 9cdb5b2.
They are ported to the new memory model and tests have been fixed
accordingly.
