Local socket connections were outright disabled because there was no "server"
part in the URI. However, given how requirements and usage scenarios are
evolving, some management apps might need the source libvirt daemon to connect
to the destination daemon over a UNIX socket for peer2peer migration. Since we
cannot know where the socket leads (whether the same daemon or not) let's decide
that based on whether the socket path is non-standard, or rather explicitly
specified in the URI. Checking non-standard path would require to ask the
daemon for configuration and the only misuse that it would prevent would be a
pretty weird one. And that's not worth it. The assumption is that whenever
someone uses explicit UNIX socket paths in the URI for migration they better
know what they are doing.

As pointed out by Ján Tomko, "no_memory seems suspicious in the times of
abort()".
As libvirt decided to take the path to not report OOM and simply abort
when it happens, let's get rid of the no_memory labels and simplify the
code around them.
Mind that virfirewall.c was not touched and still contains no_memory
labels. The reason those are left behind, at least for now, is because
the conversion seems to be slightly more complicated than the rest, as
some other places are relying on firewall->err being set to ENOMEM.

CentOS 7: 2.9.1

When no server name is provided in the URI, modern versions of libxml2
will set the port to '-1'. This is a change from behaviour with earlier
versions which set it to 0.
Libvirt expects the port to be 0 in these cases and as a result we get a
bug when connecting to URIs which lack a server name:
$ virsh -c test+ssh:///default list
error: failed to connect to the hypervisor
error: Cannot recv data: Bad port '-1': Connection reset by peer
This libxml2 change was attempting to fix another bug identified by
libvirt where it didn't roundtrip URIs correctly in:
beb7281055
Essentially libxml2 was not expecting apps to look at the URI port
field when the server name is not provided. This was a reasonable
assumption, but none the less libvirt did look at it :-)
The fix is to ensure we explicitly set port to 0 when server name
is not present, avoiding undefined behaviour for the port field in
libxml2.

As we need to provide support for URI aliases in libvirt-admin as well, URI
alias matching needs to be internally visible. Since
virConnectOpenResolveURIAlias does have a compatible signature, it could be
easily reused by libvirt-admin. This patch moves URI alias matching to util,
renaming it accordingly.
Since commit 8eb55d782a2b9afacc7938694891cc6fad7b42a5 libxml2 removes
two slashes from the URI when there is no server part. This is fixed
with beb7281055dbf0ed4d041022a67c6c5cfd126f25, but only if the calling
application calls xmlSaveUri() on URI that xmlURIParse() parsed. And
that is not the case in virURIFormat(). virURIFormat() accepts
virURIPtr that can be created without parsing it and we do that when we
format network storage paths for gluster for example. Even though
virStorageSourceParseBackingURI() uses virURIParse(), it throws that data
structure right away.
Since we want to format URIs as URIs and not absolute URIs or opaque
URIs (see RFC 3986), we can specify that with a special hack thanks to
commit beb7281055dbf0ed4d041022a67c6c5cfd126f25, by setting port to -1.
This fixes qemuxml2argvtest test where the disk-drive-network-gluster
case was failing.

The source code base needs to be adapted as well. Some files
include virutil.h just for the string related functions (here,
the include is substituted to match the new file), some include
virutil.h without any need (here, the include is removed), and
some require both.
The libvirt coding standard is to use 'function(...args...)'
instead of 'function (...args...)'. A non-trivial number of
places did not follow this rule and are fixed in this patch.

When qparams support was dropped in commit bc1ff160, we forgot
