The configuration of a defined mdev can be modified after the mdev is
started. The defined configuration and the active configuration can
therefore run out of sync. Handle this by storing the modifiable data
which is the mdev type and attributes in two separate active and
defined configurations. mdevctl supports with callout scripts to do an
attribute retrieval of started mdevs which is already implemented in
libvirt.

The new struct is virDeviceHostdevPCIDriverInfo, and the "backend"
enum in the hostdevDef will be replaced with a
virDeviceHostdevPCIDriverInfo named "driver'. Since the enum value in
this new struct is called "name", it means that all references to
"backend" will become "driver.name".
This will allow easily adding other items for new attributes in the
<driver> element / C struct, which will be useful once we are using
this new struct in multiple places.

Currently this enum is defined in domain_conf.h and named
virDomainHostdevSubsysPCIDriverType. I want to use it in parts of the
network and networkport config, so am moving its definition to
device_conf.h which is / can be included by all interested parties,
and renaming it to match the name of the corresponding XML attribute
("driver name"). The name change (which includes enum values) does cause a
lot of churn, but it's all mechanical.

The hotplug functionality added earlier really supports only live
addition of devices, no coldplug yet rendering @devConf in
testDomainAttachDeviceLiveAndConfig() an unused variable. Remove
it.

The function is supposed to return the number of items filled into the
array and not zero. Also change the initialization of the "randomness"
to be based on the startCell so that the values are different for each
cell even for separate calls.

If one of previous commits taught us something, it's that:
sizeof(variable) and sizeof(type) are not the same. Especially
because for live enough code the type might change (e.g. as we
use autoptr more). And since we don't get any warnings when an
incorrect length is passed to memset() it is easy to mess up. But
with sizeof(variable) instead, it's not as easy. Therefore,
switch to using memset(variable, 0, sizeof(*variable)), or its
alternatives, depending on level of pointers.

Return the number of parameters via pointer passed as argument to free
up possibility to report errors. Strangely all callers actually use
'int' as type for storing the count of elements, thus this function will
use the same.

Replace it by proper use of virXMLParse to validate the root node and
allocate the context. The use in the test driver can be directly
replaced by virStoragePoolDefParseXML as both are validated.
The change to the storage driver isn't trivial though as it requires
careful xpath context juggling to parse the nested volumes properly.

The generic helper also has helper code to validate the root element and
create an XPath context. Many places in the code duplicate code for
doing these operations.
Extend the helper to provide all arguments and fix all callers.
In many cases this patch refactors the passing of the 'validate'
field into a separate variable to avoid quirky looking arguments.

This patch adds the generalized job object into the domain object
so that it can be used by all drivers without the need to extract
it from the private data.
Because of this, the job object needs to be created and set
during the creation of the domain object. This patch also extends
xmlopt with possible job config containing virDomainJobObj
callbacks, its private data callbacks and one variable
(maxQueuedJobs).
This patch includes:
* addition of virDomainJobObj into virDomainObj (used in the
following patches)
* extending xmlopt with job config structure
* new function for freeing the virDomainJobObj

The idea of the manual mode is to allow a synchronized snapshot in cases
when the storage is outsourced to an unmanaged storage provider which
requires cooperation with snapshotting.
The mode will instruct the hypervisor to pause along when the other
components are snapshotted and the 'manual' disk can be snapshotted
along. This increases latency of the snapshot but allows them in
otherwise impossible situations.

All callers except the one in the 'esx' driver pass the flag. The 'esx'
driver has a check that 'def->ndisks' is zero after parsing the
definition. This means that we can simply always parse the disks.

The 'virDrvFeature' has a combination of features which are asserted by
the specific driver and features which are actually global.
In many cases the implementation was cargo-culted into newer drivers
without re-assesing whether it makes sense.
This patch introduces a global function which will specifically handle
these global flags and defer the rest to the driver.
