Commit 6700062 introduced a jump to error which skipped the
initialization of def:
qemu/qemu_parse_command.c:1870:9: error: variable 'def' is
used uninitialized whenever 'if' condition is true
[-Werror,-Wsometimes-uninitialized]
if (!(qemuCaps = virQEMUCapsCacheLookup(capsCache, progargv[0])))
Initialize def to fix this warning and qemuCaps, to prevent
a future error like this.

Historically the argv -> xml convertor wanted the same default machine
as we'd set when parsing xml. The latter has now changed, however, to
use a default defined by libvirt. The former needs fixing to again
honour the default QEMU machine.
This exposed a bug in handling for the aarch64 target, as QEMU does not
define any default machine. Thus we should not having been accepting
argv without a -machine provided.

Qemu-3.0 supports Hyper-V-style PV TLB flush, Windows guests can benefit

required to the code you end up with either distractingly broken
alignment or unnecessarily big diffs where most of the changes
are just pushing all backslashes a few characters to one side.

There is no need to have two different enums where one has the same
values as the other one with some additions.
Currently for on_poweroff and on_reboot we allow only subset of actions
that are allowed for on_crash. This was covered in parse time using
two different enums. Now to make sure that we don't allow setting
actions that are not supported we need to check it while validating
domain config.

Existing qemuParseCommandLineMem() will parse "-m 4G" format string.
This patch allows it to parse "-m size=8126464k,slots=32,maxmem=33554432k"

Introduce new wrapper functions without *Machine* in the function
name that take the whole virDomainDef structure as argument and
call the existing functions with *Machine* in the function name.
Change the arguments of existing functions to *machine* and *arch*
because they don't need the whole virDomainDef structure and they
could be used in places where we don't have virDomainDef.

Libvirt's code relies on this fact so don't allow parsing a command line
which would have none.
Libvirtd would crash in the post parse callback on such config.
Change the virDomainChrDef to use a pointer to 'source' and allocate
that pointer during virDomainChrDefNew.
This has tremendous "fallout" in the rest of the code which mainly
has to change source.$field to source->$field.

Modeled after the qemuDomainHostdevPrivatePtr (commit id '27726d8c'),
create a privateData pointer in the _virDomainChardevDef to allow storage
of private data for a hypervisor in order to at least temporarily store
secret data for usage during qemuBuildCommandLine.
NB: Since the qemu_parse_command (qemuParseCommandLine) code is not
expecting to restore the secret data, there's no need to add code
code to handle this new structure there.

Some callers might want to pass yet another pointer to opaque
data to post parse callbacks. The driver generic one is not
enough because two threads executing post parse callback might
want to see different data (e.g. domain object pointer that
domain def belongs to).

Allow to store driver specific data on a per-vcpu basis.
Move of the virDomainDef*Vcpus* functions was necessary as
virDomainXMLOptionPtr was declared below this block and I didn't want to
split the function headers.
This is preferrable to -nographic which (in addition to disabling
graphics output) redirects the serial port to stdio and on OpenBIOS
enables the firmware's serial console.

So far this is only useful for recalculating NUMA memory size,
which this function cannot parse.
This will let us generate USB addresses based on this flag.
VNC graphics already supports sockets but only via 'socket' attribute.
This patch coverts that attribute into listen type 'socket'.
For backward compatibility we need to handle listen type 'socket' and 'socket'
attribute properly to support old XMLs and new XMLs. If both are provided they
have to match, if only one of them is provided we need to be able to parse that
configuration too.
To not break migration back to old libvirt if the socket is provided by user we
need to generate migratable XML without the listen element and use only 'socket'
attribute.

This means it can be removed from virDomainVideoDefParseXML
and qemuParseCommandLine. Also, we no longer need to special case
VIR_DOMAIN_VIRT_XEN, since the per-driver callback gets called
before the generic one.
