Kiarie Kahurani cec71a6ba6 libxl: Add support for parsing/formating Xen XL config ...

Now that xenconfig supports parsing and formatting Xen's
XL config format, integrate it into the libxl driver's
connectDomainXML{From,To}Native functions.
